Let me bask in the delicate grace of your white tea elegance.
Yes, I said that.
My third true love would have to be fragrances. First would be books and makeup would be second. And if you know me, you’d be sure that my favorite scent (literally in the whole wide world) is vanilla. It just smells so sweet and feminine. I have said this before but my all-time favorite is Victoria’s Secret’s Bare Vanilla, it’s budget-friendly and it stays on for the entire day—the ENTIRE day.
However, about two weeks ago, I got Elizabeth Arden’s White Tea spray (in 50ml), which—for the record—is the first non-vanilla-scented fragrance that I genuinely LOVED. I know the fragrance has been around for quite a while now, I think about 2017. I got the 50ml bottle because I personally like to take the fragrance with me when I go out, and it fits perfectly in my bag with all my other stuff. It doesn’t take up too much space.
First of all, the packaging is to live for. With its refined glass bottle surfaced with a white-ombre finish, it naturally speaks out elegance and class. It’s nothing too flashy and extra, if anything it’s simple yet sophisticated.
Now, I am no professional fragrance critic, but I can say that it’s the perfect scent if you want to feel all mature and feminine. For some reason, it just smells like #adulting to me. Like, if the idea of adulting has a scent, it would definitely be this fragrance! But in all seriousness, it’s sweet, demure, warm, with just the right touch of muskiness.
This fragrance is available on the Elizabeth Arden website for $26 (about Php 1,300) and $56 (about Php 2,900) depending on which size you’re getting.
