    I agree with you: first is definitely books, second skincare/makeup and third, fragrance. (I’ll sandwich video games somewhere in between but for the most part, that’s how it is chronologically in my head) also, I agree with VANILLA. I LOVE vanilla. gourmand scents are my favourite. I also love some others but I find myself always leaning towards vanilla. it’s definitely one of the best notes in a perfume, or so I feel.

    I’ve never tried any Elizabeth Arden before but this post really made me want to get a sample size of it. it helps that it has “tea” written in it since I love tea so that’s a selling point in itself. after checking Elizabeth Arden’s website, I’m even more inclined to try this out because it has tonka bean as base notes!
    last but not least, the way you described the scent makes me think of how Chanel’s Coco Mademoiselle made me feel – elegant, a little mature but not too harsh and still have soft edges.

    would love to see more perfume-related posts in the future!
