    this is such great info! basic skincare is KEY. start small, start on the inside, first, then exterior. eat healthy, drink plenty of water, and take care of your skin. make it a routine, and stick with it!
    i love using rice water on my skin, it helps SO MUCH. i wrote a blog post on it and it’s importance on thecliqueblog.com. rice water is great for hair and overall wellness too! (+ a rice water face mist= instant glow!!)
